Please note: when ordering delivery of goods by courier service (Nova Poshta), be sure to check the appearance (integrity of the factory packaging, facades, and parts for: chips, cracks, scratches, etc.) upon receipt. All orders are checked by our employees and employees of "Nova Poshta" before shipment. All parcels are insured, and the carrier is fully responsible for the delivery and integrity of the goods. In case of damage to the goods, the representative of the carrier "Nova Poshta" is obliged to draw up a damage report for further filing of a claim for compensation. Be sure to inform us about what happened. If defects or incomplete sets are identified later, the carrier may refuse compensation!

In Kyiv, furniture assembly services are provided. The cost of assembly is 15% of the order value, but not less than 800 UAH.
In the Kyiv region, furniture assembly services are provided on the condition of delivery of the order by our transport. The cost of assembly is 15% of the order value, but not less than 1000 UAH.
